Service Terms & Conditions
Applicable to “Italian Fabric Sourcing at Milano Unica – January 20–22, 2026”.
1. Service Provider
The service is provided by Yannine Avila, VAT: 04180320139, based in Como, Italy.

2. Scope of Service
This service includes exhibitor pre-selection, appointment scheduling, on-site sourcing at Milano Unica (January 20–22, 2026), technical evaluation of textiles, negotiation of MOQ and pricing, collection of documentation (photos, codes, swatches, tech sheets), and delivery of a structured post-fair report.
Service fee: €1,300 Tax Included.
3. Booking & Invoicing
The contract becomes effective upon payment and acceptance of these Terms.
An official invoice will be issued within a few business days, including the mandatory 4% Italian tax for a total of 1300€.
4. Information Required From the Client
To begin the research and prepare your sourcing strategy, the Client must provide:
Brand name
Collection type (menswear, womenswear, sportswear, kidswear, etc.)
Season
Product types and categories (e.g., blouses, coats, trousers, underwear, etc.)
Brand website and social media
Moodboard and overall creative direction
Material preferences (fibres, blends, certifications, sustainability criteria, price range)
After the order is confirmed, the Client will be contacted to provide additional details to ensure accurate pre-selection, tailored recommendations, and alignment with the collection’s needs.
5. Cancellation Policy (Aligned With Milano Unica Dates)
This service is intended for business clients (B2B); therefore, the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply.
The Client may cancel the service before submitting the required materials, and a full refund will be issued.
Once the Client submits the required materials (moodboard, brand details, collection information), the research phase begins and the service becomes non-refundable.
Due to the fixed dates of Milano Unica (January 20–22, 2026), no cancellations are accepted after December 20, 2025, regardless of whether materials have been submitted, as exhibitor scheduling and pre-fair work begin at that time.
If the Client fails to provide the required materials by January 10, 2026, the service will still be considered active and non-refundable, as time and availability have been reserved.
6. Sample Shipping
Priority sample shipping within 7 days after the tradeshow is included.
Shipping costs up to €20 are covered. Any cost above €20 will be invoiced separately.
7. Client Obligations
The Client must provide accurate and complete information and respond promptly to follow-up questions needed to perform the service.
All materials provided remain the Client’s property and are handled confidentially.
8. Limitation of Liability
The provider performs sourcing and negotiation with care and professionalism.
However, the provider is not responsible for:
final fabric performance or production results,
manufacturer delays or conditions,
variations in color, hand feel, or quality,
final availability of specific suppliers or materials at the fair.
All purchase agreements for fabrics are made directly between the Client and the supplier.
