Service Terms & Conditions (Milano Unica Trend & Visual Report – January 20–22, 2026)
1. Service Provider
The service is provided by Yannine Avila, VAT: 04180320139, based in Como, Italy.

2. Scope of Service
This service includes:
On-site attendance at Milano Unica (January 20–22, 2026)
Curated trend research, visual documentation of fabrics, stands, colour palettes, textures, and patterns
Market insight summary (emerging mills, sustainability certifications, small-batch production, general price/quality trends)
Delivery of a structured digital PDF report, including moodboards and trend recommendations
Optional consultation (for Standard & Premium packages)
Service fee: €800–€1,700 (tax included), depending on selected package
3. Booking & Invoicing
The contract is effective upon payment and acceptance of these Terms.
An official invoice will be issued within a few business days, including mandatory 4% Italian tax.
4. Client Information Required
To prepare the report, the Client must provide:
Brand name
Collection type (menswear, womenswear, sportswear, kidswear, etc.)
Season
Product categories (e.g., blouses, coats, trousers, underwear, etc.)
Brand website and social media
Moodboard and creative direction
Material preferences or areas of interest
After booking, the Client will be contacted to provide additional details to ensure the report aligns with their brand and collection needs.
5. Cancellation Policy
This service is intended for business clients (B2B); consumer rights of withdrawal do not apply.
Clients may cancel before submitting the required materials and receive a full refund.
Once materials are submitted, the report preparation begins, and the service becomes non-refundable.
No cancellations are accepted after December 20, 2025, as pre-fair research and scheduling are conducted in preparation for Milano Unica.
If the Client fails to provide required materials by January 10, 2026, the service remains active and non-refundable, as time and availability have been reserved.
6. Delivery
Digital report delivered within 7 days after the tradeshow.
Optional consultation for Standard and Premium packages to discuss findings.
7. Client Obligations
Provide accurate and complete information and respond promptly to follow-up questions.
All materials shared by the Client remain their property and are handled confidentially.
8. Limitation of Liability
The provider conducts research and documentation professionally and with due care.
The provider is not responsible for:
final fabric availability, performance, or quality
supplier decisions or pricing
actions taken by the Client based on the report
All purchase agreements for fabrics or services are made directly between the Client and the supplier; this service is strictly informational and advisory.
